NEW STATION
March, 2007
The Independence Fire District has begun construction on Station #2, located at 740 Cox Road.  This new 5,061 square foot building will be identical to Fire Station #3 that was replaced and opened April of 2006.
 
The Independence Fire District continues to improve delivery of services to Independence and surrounding areas of Kenton county that it serves.
 
The Fire District Board and Firefighters thank the community for its support, thus allowing an expedient and professional service.
